The illustrated book "Inishowen" features 30 landscapes depicting Inishowen, and was published in September 2000 by Cottage Publications of Donaghadee, Co. Down. Authors Sean Beattie and Martin Lynch.
In 2003, she illustrated “Donegal Islands”, featuring the 24 islands off the Donegal coast. 2005 "The Islands of Connaught". Both author Wallace Clark.
Her book "Roosters and Hens for the Appreciative Eye" was published, also by Cottage Publications, in 2006. This has over 90 illustrations of the different breeds of chickens, and is written by Suze Craig from the USA.
Ros has held 9 solo exhibitions since 1994.
